Log and their slab 'Logs Second Album' might be the most important hard stuff slab of any year. Why? Because they have made the bass an attacking instrument that's equal to the guitars.Knowone has made a bass rumble-fest to even come close to this shit.Sure, they've got two bassplayers but they sound like they've got two Lemmy's, two Felix Pappalardis(Mountain) and two Mel Schachers(Grand Funk).Entombed are a bunch of girls compared to this. The use of the harmonica makes them sound like the Canned Heat from hell too, which is fine by us.
